Data collected and purposes

Contact form — surname, first name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content. This data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures.

Newsletter — email address and preferred language, used to send you our news and announce the launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Audience measurement — traffic statistics via Google Analytics, only if you have accepted cookies.

Recipients

Your data is stored in our Odoo business management tool. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union).

Retention period

No analytics or third-party cookie is set before your explicit acceptance.

• Strictly necessary — your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key mad-consent). No data is sent to a server.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymised audience measurement, set only after acceptance. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
• Google Maps — the map on the Contact page loads only after acceptance. Until you accept, an external link lets you open the location directly at Google.
• Google Fonts — the Playfair Display and Lora typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. No data is stored on your device in the process.

To change your choice, clear site data for mad.be in your browser: the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights over your data:
