Data collected and purposes

Contact form — surname, first name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content. This data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures.

Newsletter — email address and preferred language, used to send you our news and announce the launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Audience measurement — traffic statistics via PostHog in cookieless mode: nothing is written to your browser. Visitors are counted with a one-way hash computed on PostHog's servers from your IP address and browser, with a salt that changes every day; it can neither identify you nor follow you from one day to the next. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Recipients

Your data is stored in our Odoo business management tool. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union). Traffic statistics are processed by PostHog Inc. on its PostHog Cloud EU infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany).

Retention period

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: no cookie, no localStorage, no identifier. No consent banner is therefore needed.

• Audience measurement — PostHog runs in cookieless mode (see the “Protection of personal data” section). Provider: PostHog Inc., PostHog Cloud EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Google Maps — the Contact page no longer embeds a map. A link opens directions at Google; nothing is loaded from Google unless you click it.
