Our Malts

Exceptional organic malts, from field to your brewery

All our malts are produced from organic cereals grown by farmers in our region. Each variety is carefully malted in our malthouse, following rigorously controlled processes that guarantee exceptional quality and consistency.

Our malts are available in different packaging options to suit your needs, whether you are a professional brewer or a passionate amateur.

Organic Pilsen Malt

Our Pilsen malt is the ideal base for your light and refreshing beers. Produced from organic spring barley, it offers a delicate aromatic profile with subtle notes of cereals and honey. Its light color and high enzymatic power make it the perfect choice for Pilsners, Lagers and blonde beers.

Raw cereals

Organic Raw Wheat

Our organic raw wheat is ideal for adding smoothness and foam retention to your white beers. Unmalted, it retains all its proteins that contribute to the characteristic haze of witbiers and to a creamy, persistent foam.

Recommended use: Witbier, White beer, Hefeweizen (as complement to wheat malt), hazy beers

Usage tip: Use between 30 and 50% of the recipe. Requires mashing with high enzymatic power malts.

Organic Raw Spelt

Our organic raw spelt brings a rustic touch and nutty notes to your beers. This ancient cereal, grown in Belgium for centuries, gives a unique character and silky texture to your creations.

Recommended use: Spelt beers, terroir beers, original creations

Usage tip: Use between 20 and 40% of the recipe. Requires mashing with high enzymatic power malts.
